Richard Kwinter is a seasoned senior management consultant and executive with a broad range of skills, and a career spanning more than 25 years in consulting, financial services, and the public sector. He has extensive international consulting experience at the senior executive level in a wide range of industries with a focus on financial services, aerospace/defense, technology, and manufacturing.
Richard has strong analytical and problem solving abilities that complement excellent technical skills in information technology and finance. He is an authority on Lean policy deployment and has helped organizations implement major corporate-wide initiatives such as organization effectiveness programs, process re-engineering, functional, capability/performance audits, management practices audits, reorganization and cross-functional issues resolution.
